Star Mesh Doily Crochet Pattern.
Doily Pattern
Material: 30 g white yarn No. 30, hook size 1.00.
Size: Diameter 30 cm.
Gauge: 3 first rows = 3.2 cm.
Instructions:
1.-4. Row: Start with 6 ch formed from the end of the thread and alternately work dc and ch according to the diagram. Close each row with 1 sl st inserted into the 3rd ch, which replaced the 1st dc.
5.-6. Row: Form the base of the pineapples with 2 double crochets. In the 6th row, on the group of 2 double crochets worked together, make 1 double crochet (do not work the last loop) in the second appropriate stitch and work 3 ch at once. Close this 2nd row with 1 sl st inserted into the 4th ch, which replaced the first treble crochet.
7.-19. Row: Form 6 pineapples around the work. Replace the last 6 ch of the 7th row with 1 sl st inserted into the 3rd ch, from the beginning, also replace the last 2 ch of the 8th to 18th row with 1 hdc inserted into the 3rd ch, from the beginning. In the 12th row, between each pineapple, insert 2 simple shells (= 1 dc, 3 ch, 1 dc) in the second or third ch of the appropriate arch and 11 ch, as shown by the appropriate symbols.
At the end of the 19th row, make the last incomplete treble crochet inserted into 1 sl st and work 3 ch from the hook at once.
20.-26. Round: For change, work shells and arches according to the diagram. Replace the last 4 ch of the 22nd to 25th row with 1 treble crochet inserted into the 3rd ch, from the beginning of the 22nd row, and in the first ch in the remaining rows. Also replace the last 3 ch of the 26th row with 1 sl st.
27.-29. Row: Complete the work with treble crochets and arches.
30. Row: Repeat “7 ch in arch, 1 sl st in the next arch, 1 ch, 7 ch in the next arch, 1 ch,” close as 1st row, and cut the thread.
