To read a chart is quite great with crochet.
Round 1: chain 6
Round 2: chain 3 (counts as first dc) and dc two times, chain 2 and 3dc 3 more times
Round 3: chain 3 (counts as first dc), dc and chain 2, chain 7 (chain into the loop of the stitch in the previous round) and repeat around.
